Ndinafika pomamwa mapilisi sikisi pa tsiku otsegulitsa m’mimba.”

Pasanapite nthawi yaitali, zizindikiro za matenda a anorexia zimayamba kuoneka. Koma kuchotsa zakudya m’mimba n’koopsa, ngakhale kuzioneka ngati kuli ndi phindu. Kumwa kwambiri mankhwala otsegulitsa m’mimba kumafooketsa matumbo ndipo kungawachititse kutupa kapena kuyamba matenda. Kusanza pafupipafupi kukhoza kutha madzi m’thupi, kuwoletsa mano, kuwononga kholingo, ngakhalenso kusiyitsa mtima kugwira bwino ntchito.

MATENDA ODYA KWAMBIRI. Mofanana ndi munthu wodwala bulimia, munthu amene akudwala matenda odya kwambiri amadya chakudya chochuluka zedi. Koma kusiyana kwake n’koti iye sachotsa chakudyacho m’mimba. Chifukwa cha zimenezi, munthu wodya kwambiri akhoza kukhala wonenepa kwambiri. Koma ena akatha kudya kwambiri amadzimana chakudya kapena amachita kwambiri masewera olimbitsa thupi. Nthawi zina, anthu akamachita zimenezi n’kumakhalabe oonda, achibale awo kapena anzawo sadziwa zoti munthuyo ali ndi vuto lodya kwambiri.

Mofanana ndi anthu odwala anorexia kapena bulimia, anthu odya kwambiri amaona zakudya molakwika. Mtsikana wina, ponena za iyeyo ndi anthu ena odwala matenda amenewa, anati: “Chakudya ndi mnzathu wapamtima wachinsinsi, ndipo mwina ndicho mnzathu yekhayo amene tili naye.” Wina anati: “Tikamadya, palibenso china chilichonse chomwe timaganizira. Chakudya chimasanduka chinthu chofunika kwambiri kuposa zonse ndipo chimatichititsa kumva bwino. Kenaka tikatha kudyako, timadziimba mlandu ndipo timavutika maganizo.”

Ngakhale popanda kusanza kapena kutsegula m’mimba, kudya kwambiri n’koopsa. Kungayambitse matenda a shuga, othamanga magazi, a mtima, ndi matenda ena ambiri. Kungamusokonezenso munthu maganizo kwambiri.

Kodi Zingakuchitikireni Inuyo?

N’zoona kuti anthu ambiri amene akufuna kuonda kapena amene akufuna kumachita zinthu zolimbitsa thupi si ndiye kuti ali ndi matenda ovutika kudya. Komabe, pambuyo powerenga zomwe zili mu nkhani ino, mungaone ngati mukuchita zinthu zimene zingayambitse matenda amenewa. Dzifunseni kuti:

▪ Kodi ndimachita manyazi ndi zizolowezi zanga zokhudza chakudya kapena kadyedwe kanga kachilendo?

▪ Kodi ndimabisira anthu ena zizolowezi zanga za kadyedwe?

▪ Kodi chakudya chakhala chinthu chofunika kwambiri pamoyo wanga?

▪ Kodi ndimakwera sikelo koposa kamodzi patsiku?

▪ Kodi ndine wokonzeka kuchita chilichonse kuti ndionde?

▪ Kodi ndayeserapo kudzisanzitsa, kumwa mankhwala otsegulitsa m’mimba, kapena okodzetsa?

▪ Kodi kadyedwe kanga kakusokoneza kachezedwe kanga ndi anthu ena? Mwachitsanzo, kodi ndimakonda kukhala ndekha m’malo mokhala ndi anthu ena, kuti ndithe kudya kwambiri kapena kusanza kapenanso kutsegula m’mimba mwakabisira?

Ngati mayankho anu ku mafunso amenewa akusonyeza kuti muli ndi vuto, dzifunseni kuti:

Imeneyinso ndi nkhani imene mukhoza kumuuza Yehova m’pemphero. Zimenezi n’zimene Danielle anafunika kuchita. Iye akuvomereza kuti, “Poyamba, sindinkafuna kuchira. Choncho ndinafunika kupemphera kuti ndikhale ndi mtima wofuna kuchira.”

Chachitatu, lankhulani ndi kholo lanu kapena wachikulire wina amene angathe kukuthandizani. Achikulire amene akukufunirani zabwino sangakuchititseni manyazi. M’malo mwake, adzayesetsa kutsanzira Yehova, amene ponena za iye Baibulo limati: “Sanapeputsa ndipo sananyansidwa ndi zunzo la wozunzika; ndipo sanam’bisira nkhope yake; koma pom’fuulira Iye, anamva.”—Salmo 22:24.

Ngati wachibale wanu kapena mnzanu wanena mawu amenewo, pewani kudziikira kumbuyo. Tiyerekeze kuti mnzanu waona kuti msoko wa kumbuyo kwa diresi lanu ukuphwethuka. Kodi simungamuthokoze chifukwa chokudziwitsani zimenezi msokowo usanaphwethukiretu? Baibulo limati: “Lilipo bwenzi lipambana ndi mbale kuumirira.” (Miyambo 18:24) Munthu wina akakuuzani nkhawa imene ali nayo chifukwa choti akuganiza kuti muli ndi vuto linalake, ndiye kuti ameneyu akuchita zinthu ngati bwenzi loterolo!

“Ndinayamba kuonda. Kenaka anandichotsa mano akuluakulu, choncho ndinkalephera kudya. Zimenezi n’zimene zinandiyambitsa matenda a anorexia. Ndinayamba kuda nkhawa monyanyira ndi kaonekedwe kanga. Kaya ndionde bwanji, ndinkaona kuti sindinafikepo. Kulemera kumene ndinafika n’taonda kwambiri kunali kochititsa mantha. Ndinawononga kwambiri thupi langa. Panopa zikhadabo zanga sizikula. Mukayambiranso

Mwina mukhoza kuthana ndi matenda anu ovutika kudya, kenaka n’kuyambiranso kudwala patatha milungu kapena miyezi ingapo. Zimenezi zikachitika, musataye mtima. Baibulo limavomereza kuti “wolungama amagwa kasanu ndi kawiri.” (Miyambo 24:16) Vutoli likayambiranso, sindiye kuti mwalephera. Zikungogogomezera kufunika kokhala wotsimikiza mtima, kozindikira zizindikiro zokusonyezani kuti mwatsala pang’ono kuyambiranso, ndi kuti mwina mukufunika kulankhulanso ndi anthu okufunirani zabwino amene angathe kukuthandizani.

Ngati mukudwala matenda ovutika kudya, mungachite bwino kuwerenga zambiri za matendawa. Ngati mukudziwa zambiri zokhudza vuto limeneli, zimakhala zosavutirapo kuthana nalo. N’zachidziwikire kuti mungapindule mutawerenga mfundo zothandiza zomwe zinatuluka mu Galamukani! ya February 8, 1999, masamba 23 mpaka 32, ndi ya May 8, masamba 13 mpaka 15.

MALANGIZO KWA MAKOLO

Ngati mwana wanu wamkazi akudwala matenda ovutika kudya, kodi mungatani? Choyamba, werengani mosamala mfundo zimene zili mu nkhani ino ndi mu nkhani zina zimene zatchulidwa pa tsamba 20. Yesetsani kumvetsa chifukwa chimene wayambira kuchita zinthu zimenezi.

Zaonedwapo kuti anthu ambiri odwala matenda ovutika kudya amadziona kuti ndi opanda pake ndipo amafuna kuchita bwino kwambiri zinthu, choncho amadziikira zolinga zoti sangathe kuzikwanitsa. Onetsetsani kuti si inuyo amene mukumulimbikitsa kukhala ndi makhalidwe amenewa. Muzimulimbikitsa mwana wanu wamkazi. (Yesaya 50:4) Ndipo kuti muthetse mtima wodziikira zolinga zosatheka kukwanitsa, “kulolera [kwa inuyo] kudziwike kwa anthu onse.”—Afilipi 4:5, NW.

Chinanso, onani bwinobwino mmene mumaonera nkhani ya chakudya ndi kunenepa kapena kuonda. Kodi mwina mosadziwa mumagogomezera kwambiri nkhani zimenezi, kaya mwa zonena zanu kapena chitsanzo chanu? Kumbukirani kuti achinyamata amada nkhawa kwambiri ndi kaonekedwe kawo. Ngakhale kunyogodola za kunenepa kwa paubwana kapena kukula kwambiri kwa paunyamata kukhoza kupatsa wachinyamata maganizo oipa, popeza achinyamata sachedwa kukhulupirira zinthu. Zimenezi zikhoza kudzamubweretsera mavuto m’tsogolo.

Mukaganizira mozama za nkhaniyi n’kuipempherera, kambiranani momasuka ndi mwana wanu wamkazi.

▪ Konzekerani mosamala zomwe mudzanene ndi nthawi yomwe mudzazinenere.

▪ Nenani momveka bwino nkhawa yanu ndi cholinga chanu chofuna kumuthandiza.

▪ Musadabwe ngati poyamba akudziikira kumbuyo.

▪ Mvetserani moleza mtima.

Chofunika kwambiri, muzimuthandiza mwana wanu wamkaziyo pamene akuyesetsa kuti achire. Banja lonselo lizichitira limodzi zinthu zomuthandiza kuti achire!
