UPDATE—SISTERS CONVICTED | “We Are All United”
On January 20, 2025, the Khabarovskiy District Court of the Khabarovsk Territory convicted Sisters Lyubov Kocherova and Lyubov Ovchinnikova. They were each given a suspended prison sentence of five years and six months. They are not required to go to prison at this time.
On December 5, 2023, the Khabarovsk Territory Court overturned the conviction of Sisters Lyubov Kocherova and Lyubov Ovchinnikova. Their case will now be returned to the Khabarovskiy District Court of the Khabarovsk Territory for retrial.
On August 1, 2023, the Khabarovskiy District Court of the Khabarovsk Territory convicted Sisters Lyubov Kocherova and Lyubov Ovchinnikova. They each received a suspended prison sentence of six years. They are not required to go to prison at this time.
